MAP Program Description
This course runs for 5 months. There are monthly sessions that are two and half hour in length. These sessions are led by a master business coach with over 30 years of experience helping people reach their goals. You’ll be working in groups of other participants on a weekly basis with senior coaches.

Meet Your Coaches
Robert S. Chun
Robert Chun, a Master Business Coach, has spent more than 26 years perfecting a Proactive Business Coaching Process. Coaching since the late ’80s, he was helping small business owners long before there was a Business Coaching Industry.
A Futurist Business Coach, his work derives its power from his unique perspective on life, and backgrounds in both Eastern and Western philosophy. This approach accounts for and deals with many human factors that are not usually addressed in traditional coaching.
Robert began his practice in 1989, following his graduation from UC Davis with a degree in Psychology and background studies in business. After encouragement from Steven Gabriel, a successful Corporate Consultant and lifelong mentor, Robert formed RSC & Associates in 1991. RSC Business Group, Inc. was created in 2004. Over the years, RSC has helped more than 3000 businesses grow.
Born in Seoul, Korea, Robert has lived in Los Angeles for over 51 years.
Iffy Kazim
Iffy Kazim has been a business coach and consultant since 2006. Prior to that she was practicing Civil Engineering in the city of Toronto.
Since 2006 Iffy has helped over 250 companies with various growth issues in their businesses. Her specialization lies in Operations Management. She has worked with business owners to ensure that their operations are running smoothly. Her business coaching clients have come from varied fields, such as, health, real estate, hospitality, architecture and manufacturing.
Iffy’s mission is to provide people with the best possible experience of themselves and their businesses and to have them shine at what they do. Her job is to make sure business owners and executives are doing what they are meant to do rather than spending their valuable time doing other people’s tasks.
Currently Iffy actively runs 3 businesses, which includes her coaching business, a consulting company and a brain training company.
She resides in Toronto, Canada with her family.
Brandon Ling
Brandon Ling has been a Business Coach and consultant since 2008. Brandon has caused small businesses to grow by double and triple digits. He does this by improving their strategies, management, processes, and systems.
In late 2006, Brandon joined an internship which trained him in business, coaching, and consulting. Using what he learned, he created a new process for building brands in the company he was working for, one they did not have at all before. As a result, the company was now able to offer branding to their customers, creating an entirely new avenue for the company to profit. He was able to create a whole new path for revenue without increasing costs, and personnel. Through this experience, Brandon realized that his purpose in life was to help people achieve their goals. They could have a life of their own design.
In 2008, he chose to switch careers and became a Business Coach. He established RSC Business Group Alpha in 2010. Since then, Brandon has helped hundreds of new and established businesses profit, and grow.
Brandon lives in Toronto, Canada.
